Air Group is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week from October-April for heating emergencies and until 10PM from May-September through our on-call rotation, which is especially important during extreme weather when you need someone you can trust to get your equipment going right away. We service customers in the Morris, Essex, Union, Bergen, Passaic, Middlesex, Monmouth, Somerset and Hunterdon counties of New Jersey.
Our main hours are Monday through Saturday 7:30 to 6:00 P.M., on nights and Sundays. We know emergencies don’t always happen during office hours, and we don’t think that makes them any less important. For the heating that goes out at 3 A.M. or the generator that doesn’t start up at midnight – keep Air Group’s 24-hour call center in mind – where customers can speak with a live operator immediately to make sure the problem is solved when you need it to be.
We ask that our priority service customers please call our main number – 1-800-545-1020. To ensure that your after-hours call is expedited, however, please be prepared to enter your main account phone number or your customer account number. Your account number will be located on your electrical panel on the Air Group sticker.
Don’t worry, anyone can get our priority service treatment. To become a priority service customer all you need to do is sign up for one of our Priority Plus Service Plans. By signing up, you won’t just have access to faster calling and scheduling DURING emergencies, but will simply have fewer emergencies. Routine maintenance can reduce breakdowns by up to 95%!
