What Happens During A Maintenance Visit

Why is it Important to Maintain Your HVAC System?

Similar to a car, your comfort system needs regular maintenance and care to perform at its best and to give it a longer life. Here are the top 5 reasons:

1. Maintenance can cut breakdowns by as much as 95% and lower utility bills by up to 35%.

2. Our tune-ups catch small problems before they become major breakdowns.

3. Almost all heating and cooling manufacturers need routine service maintenance to keep your warranty validated.

4. Yearly lubrication of all moving parts within your systems will keep them in top shape to limit excess electricity use.

5. Comfort systems become increasingly less efficient and reliable as time goes by due to wear and tear, dust, and dirt.

We’ll Give You a Heads-up

The technician will either call or text you when they are on their way to your location, allowing you time to prepare for the technician to enter and perform the tune-up. TIP: Clear any objects or clutter around the equipment being serviced.

Your Technician Will Come Prepared

Your technician comes highly trained and ready to give your system a full tune-up. Your technician will arrive in a fully-loaded Air Group truck that has all the tools and parts to fix practically any issues that may arise. Your tech will come to your door to introduce themself, and with your permission, enter your home and ask for the location of your comfort system.
