Learn the Trade the Right Way
Air Group apprenticeship and co-op programs are built for students and recent grads who want to become highly skilled, not just punch a clock. Work side-by-side with our technicians on real jobs across North New Jersey.What You'll Do
Apprentices and co-op participants rotate through active job assignments. Depending on your program track, you may work in HVAC installation and service, plumbing, or electrical. This can include exposure to our commercial MEP division, one of the most capable in New Jersey.What You'll Gain

Who We're Looking For
- Current students in an accredited trade, vocational, or technical program or recent graduates.
- A valid driver's license (or working toward one).
- Willingness to work in the field, in all conditions.

- 3.2+ GPA
Student Internships

Our internship program is designed for college students who want more than a line on a resume. You'll contribute to actual projects, work with experienced professionals across the company, and leave with a clear picture of what a career in this industry looks like.What an Internship at Air Group Looks Like
Interns are placed in a department based on their field of study and interest. You'll have a dedicated supervisor, assigned projects, and regular check-ins. No coffee runs. Actual work.Length & Timing
- Summer internships: June through August.
- Academic-year internships: Available on a semester basis, just contact us to discuss scheduling.
- We work with your school's academic calendar when possible.
Who We're Looking For
- Current college students (sophomore level or above) in a relevant program
- Fields of study we recruit from: HVAC, plumbing, electricians, etc.
- 3.2+ GPA or higher
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Local to North New Jersey
Compensation & Benefits
- Paid internship with hourly rate based on department and experience level
- Academic credit coordination available upon request
